Is Ford Pickup & Delivery available for all repairs?
All warranty and customer-pay repairs are eligible, as long as your vehicle is drivable and not part of a roadside collision. Parts and repair charges are not included.
How do I know which maintenance services I need?
Check the service tab in the Ford app, or look up your Ford maintenance schedule with your vehicle details.
Are there any distance restrictions?
Some restrictions may apply. Call us at 815-338-6680 to check your location.
Can Ford Pickup & Delivery be used with Roadside Assistance?
Not at this time. A vehicle that isn't drivable requires a Roadside Assistance event instead.
How do I resolve billing issues?

Can I use coupons for service through Ford Pickup & Delivery?

How do I change or cancel my pickup time or location?
