I Had a great experience at Bull Valley working with Johnny & Paul! What an amazing experience. Thank you to Johnny & Zonia and the whole team. So we have been car shopping for some time and were met time and again with heavy dreamy promises and no results. EDIT update MAY 27,2026 WHO knew Bull Valley Ford will come pick up your vehicle Bring it to the shop and service it. I had two recalls that need to be done. I had tire rotation and oil change… A young man by the name of AUSTIN arrived on time at 845 Bull Valley Ford even sent me a link so I knew who the driver was coming to pick up my vehicle and I could follow the route to my house. The young man greeted me assured me that was in good hands took my vehicle. Sent a link text message that they arrive at the shop with my vehicle. Then once it was completed, they sent me another link that they would be leaving the shop and how long before they would be at my home… JULIAN Dropped off my truck gave me all the paperwork I had to sign for it. It was very pleasant and again they sent me a link when he was leaving what time he would be at my house…. These guys gave great customer service. They were informed what was going on. You also can have oil changes done at your house. They will come to your home making life simple I loved it way to go… customer service at its finest… way to go Bull Valley your guys did an awesome job a shout out to Thomas, toooo . From the purchase of my truck a year ago this has been my experience . The sale was easy going no pressure and very reasonable. As for the service of it weather needed for a repair or just for a scheduled maintenance. This has been so easy. They make it very very accessible and accommodating. They will pick your car up they will do things at Your home or work location!!!! Wow just love this dealer. The funny thing is I purchased my very first new car from this dealership then owned and under a different name ) and did not realize that it was the same place till I purchased this truck some 30 plus years later. When we got back to the dealer He and Dave made the process super simple and were able to match the rate my bank was going to give me! I was on a bit of a time crunch but Zonje in financing was AWESOME and had everything ready to go. Signed everything and was on my way.
